Numbers must be used for normal personal or business chats. Spam, bulk marketing or messaging strangers can get a number banned by WhatsApp — that is the member's responsibility (see Terms of use).

Yes. Right after your code is sent, the two-step PIN (and password, if the number has one) is shown only to you. Change it to your own PIN straight away.
Our numbers are stable and work when delivered. If WhatsApp bans a number later because of spam, bulk marketing or messaging strangers, that is the member's responsibility and is not refunded. Use the number for normal chats.
