By creating an account or buying a number on OTPVia.com you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- One person, one account (one phone = one account). Accounts made to misuse the referral bonus can be blocked and their bonus removed.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Add a working email so you can reset your password.
2. What we sell
- Virtual mobile numbers prepared by our team for use with WhatsApp, for normal personal or business chats.
- Each number is sold to one buyer only. Three digits stay hidden until the delivery time.
- Ask for the code within 24 hours of the delivery time.
- Our numbers are delivered working: if the code does not arrive or the number does not work when delivered, we send a new code, give you another number, or refund you.
3. Use of the number — your responsibility
- You alone are responsible for how you use the number after it is delivered.
- Do not use numbers for spam, bulk or unsolicited marketing, messaging strangers, fraud, scams, harassment or anything illegal, and follow WhatsApp's own rules.
- If WhatsApp limits or bans a number because of how it was used, OTPVia is not responsible and there is no refund or replacement.
- We may block accounts that misuse numbers and keep records to help the authorities if the law requires it.
4. Keep your number safe
- These are virtual numbers: someone who knows the number could try to register it. Right after you get the code, set your own two-step PIN and add your email in WhatsApp two-step verification.
- Never share the code, PIN or password with anyone. Our team will never ask for them.
- Losing access because the PIN was not changed, or because the code/PIN was shared, is not covered.
5. Payments
- Top-ups and manual payments are checked by our team before they count. A wrong or reused transaction ID is rejected.
- Your Balance (top-ups) is used to buy numbers and is not withdrawable. Referral bonuses go to your Bonus wallet, which can be withdrawn when withdrawals are open.
- Approved payments may be shown on our Payment proofs page with your name and transaction ID partly hidden. Your screenshot is shown only if you allowed it, with private details blurred.
6. Changes
We may update prices, limits and these terms. The version on this page applies.
