Refund policy

If the code does not arrive or does not work, press Problem in your number card. Our team will send a new code, give you another number, or refund you.
Numbers paid from your Balance or Bonus wallet are refunded to the same wallet.
Numbers paid by EasyPaisa / bank are refunded to the account you paid from.
A number you chose with manual payment is held for 15 minutes. If no payment arrives in time, it is released — nothing is charged.
Once you press WhatsApp works the order is complete and cannot be refunded.
No refund or replacement if a number is limited or banned by WhatsApp because of how it was used (spam, bulk marketing, messaging strangers), or if access is lost because the two-step PIN was not changed or the code / PIN was shared.
